Connect to Cloud or self-hosted Openship with a Personal Access Token

--token-file <file> | Token file, or - for stdin (keeps credentials out of process arguments) |
--cloud | Connect directly to Openship Cloud |
--api-url <url> | API or public instance URL (prompts on a fresh interactive login) |
--dashboard-url <url> | Dashboard URL if different from the API's public instance URL |
--context <name> | Connection name (cloud with --cloud; saved connection when logging in again) |
--organization <id> | Save a fixed organization for this connection |
